Just a few more days until fresh haddock. Been working on the boat these past few days, the new cabin heaters are very cozy. Limited availability for the two week cod season this Spring: April 6th, 11th, 12th and 13th have a few spots each.

Hey Guys, The following trips still have room if you want to get out and catch a codfish: All day trips (7:00am-3:30pm)
April 3rd, 6th, 10th, and 13th. Ten hour trips (7:00am-5:00pm) April 4th, 8th, 11th. Marathon Trips (5:00am-5:00pm) April 5th, 7th, 12th and 14th. We still haven’t heard back from some of the private charter groups, call soon to secure your day. Cap

Hey Guys, looking for a crew/deckhand to help out this upcoming season: Needs to be good with people (obviously), have their own transportation, and be able to pass a drug test. Hey Guys, Lots of questions about the regs for the upcoming season. Starting April 1st, we will be able to catch 15 haddock and 1 cod per person. Pollock, cusk, reds, hake…are still unlimited. After April 15th, we will no longer be able to harvest a codfish until September. All the other species that we normally catch remain the same. It won’t be long now, looking forward to the early start with the haddock and cod, this time of year it’s usually a short ride to the fishing grounds. Cap

Judging by the stern of this dragger, it looks as if there are a few haddock on the ledge! April 1st only a few weeks away. I had posted earlier about catching Cod in April, the dates should be April 1st-15th, and it will be one Cod per person. Cap

Hey Guys, I know it doesn’t feel like it, but April 1st is right around the corner. 15 Haddock and 1 Cod per person until May 1st, so it should be a great month to fish. I’ve been busting my cajones at the boat, trying to get the new transmissions in. They are much smaller than the old ones, which means all the motor mounts have to be changed, and new shafts have to be put in. Nothing that money and a bunch of scraped up knuckles can’t handle. I’ve been swearing so much, they guys in the boat yard thought Johnny Sanfilippo was back on board. Hope your winter is going better. See you soon. Cap

Hey Guys, Hope all is well. April 1, 2021 will start our season this year. We will be able to keep one cod for the month. We have added a bunch of 10 hour trips to the schedule this year, most early and later in the season. We will start taking reservations after the New Year.
