Fishing has been like the weather, changing day to day. If we can find an area with fewer dogs, the catch is obviously much better. Yesterday, had us moving every 25 minutes to stay away from the varmints, today a steady bite from start to finish.

Read MoreStill busy these past few days, with constant reeling from start to finish. A variety of fish from hake to haddock throughout the day. The dogs are still here and at times a nuisance, hopefully when the water cools, we’ll see less of them ( it’s been around 70degrees)

Read MoreGood fishing over the last few days. We have been very busy to say the least, just enough dogs to be a nuisance, throw in some tide and some tangles, well you get the picture. A lot of work, but good amounts of keepers at the end of the day.

Read MoreHey guys, fishing hasn’t changed much over the last week, we’re still putting a lot of miles on the bird to get fish. Looking at last year’s logs, we would spend days in the same spot. Not so much this year, seems the fish, especially haddock are constantly on the move . ( cabin fever due to the pandemic?) We are starting to see more pollock in the mix, hopefully this continues.

Read MoreB+ for the week, with the exception of yesterday, fishing has been pretty good. We definitely struggled to catch them Thursday, it was the first day we saw any sun in quite awhile. Fish might have headed in shore to the beach? Plenty of action today.
